Personal Coaching
A clear space to think, understand and move forward
Individual coaching without a horse for people who want to clarify a situation, understand a recurring pattern and turn awareness into practical action.
Confidential · Personalised · No horse involved
Sometimes what you need is not another answer
You may already have advice from friends, colleagues, family members or experts. Yet the situation remains unclear because the question is not only about what is possible. It is also about what is right for you. Coaching provides a dedicated space to slow down, organise your thoughts and examine the situation without judgment.
Nathalie does not decide for you or provide a formula to follow. Through listening, focused questions and reflection, she helps you understand what is influencing your choices and identify actions that are consistent with your own values.
A partnership for awareness, choice and action
Coaching supports people who want to move forward in a personal or professional area of life.
It may begin with a defined objective or with the feeling that something needs to change. During the process, the client explores the current situation, identifies patterns and resources, clarifies what matters and decides what action to take.
The coach provides the structure and questions. The client remains responsible for the objective, decisions and change.

Coaching Process
How conversational
coaching works
Step 1 — Define
We clarify what brings you to coaching and what you would like to understand, decide or change.
Step 2 — Explore
Through questions and reflection, we examine the situation, your reactions, assumptions, values, needs and available resources.
Step 3 — Recognise
You identify patterns, contradictions or possibilities that may previously have remained unclear.
Step 4 — Choose
You decide what direction or response feels appropriate and realistic.
Step 5 — Act
The insight is translated into a concrete step, conversation, experiment or commitment.
Step 6 — Review
Where the process continues over several sessions, we examine what happened and adjust the next steps.

Coaching and Equicoaching Comparison
Coaching or equicoaching: which approach is right for you?

Personal Coaching
The Process :
Structured conversation, reflection and questioning without a horse.
It may suit you when:
- You prefer to work through words
- You have a defined decision or situation
- You want a private conversational setting
- You want to clarify values, needs or options
- Working with a horse is not practical or desired

Equicoaching
The Process :
Experiential coaching through ground-based interaction with a horse.
It may suit you when:
- You want to explore non-verbal patterns
- You understand the issue intellectually but remain stuck
- You want a concrete, embodied experience
- You want to work on presence, boundaries or relational dynamics
- You are curious about a different learning environment

Neither approach is inherently better. The most suitable method depends on the person, objective and context.

Why Work with Nathalie?
Professional structure with a
deeply human approach
Nathalie is trained in the social field, coaching and equicoaching and has experience supporting more than 100 people.
Her coaching approach is built around four core values:

Individuality
Your situation is approached as unique. The process is adapted to the person rather than forcing the person into a standard formula.

Freedom
You remain free to choose your objective, pace, direction and actions.

Integrity
The relationship is based on honesty, transparency, confidentiality and clear professional limits.

Hope
Even when the entire path is not yet visible, a more constructive perspective and a first step may still become possible.

Safety and Professional Boundaries
Coaching respects its limits
Personal coaching is intended for people who are sufficiently stable and ready to reflect on the present and future.
It does not diagnose or treat depression, trauma, memory disorders, addiction, psychiatric conditions or other health concerns.
When medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic support is necessary, coaching should not replace it. Nathalie may recommend that a client contact an appropriately qualified professional when the situation falls outside the coaching frame.
FAQ

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning
A coaching process can begin with one question, one situation or the recognition that your current way of responding no longer feels right. The first conversation allows you to explain what brings you to coaching and decide whether Nathalie’s approach fits your needs.
